pyMixer

It's a very simple Alsa mixer. The user can choose which Alsa channels want to be shown, and modify their volume. It uses the python-pyalsaaudio package.

If the "/usr/share/shr/scenarii/gsmhandset.state" file is present, it will show an extra slider for changing the phone calls volume.

Which are the most important channels for you? I'll add them as default channels in the next version.

There are several channels with MIC in their names, I'm not sure which one actually works (if there is one that works). Have you tried them?
This app shows all Alsa channels (and there are a lot, I don't know why, on my laptop there are only 7), so if the MIC is controlled by Alsa you should be able to adjust the volume.
If the MIC volume is controlled by a file (like phone call volume) tell me, and I'll add a slider to modify that file ;)
