A very clever and addictive game. You'll
run your battery dry.

To make the screen resolution to be reset also on crashes, change:
xrandr -o 3 && numptyphysics -geometry 640x480 && xrandr -o 0

with

xrandr -o 3 && numptyphysics -geometry 640x480; xrandr -o 0

In /usr/share/applications/numptyphysics.desktop

The download link is wrong. It points to centerim_4.22.6_armv4t.ipk ;)

You will need to install libpng3 (opkg install libpng3) on OM2008.12
to get it working. Otherwise it will end up with:
*** CAUGHT: image not found

Thanks Daniel, I sad to find it wouldn't start. Installing libpng3 as you said fixed it.

Hmmm... won't work here :
bogus level path /usr/share/numptyphysics/edit.png
...
loaded image /usr/share/numptyphysics/paper.jpg
stop recording: 0 events
*** CAUGHT: image not found

Allright, sorry, misread the other comments. Installing libpng3 solved the issue. Cool :-)

Terminated

anyone got an idea?

EdorFaus wrote: (2009-03-13 23:26:28)
I also get the "Terminated" error from opkg when trying to use the 0.3-svn118 opk from here - but if I use the equivalent package [1] from the projects page ("Instructions" link above), it installs properly.

The problem seems to be that the file here is truncated - it is, at least, much smaller than [1].

Due to the order of the files in the package, it thus doesn't contain the control.tar.gz file at all - which I think is the reason for the Terminated error.
This means that a simple re-upload might be enough to fix the problem.

I push the button continue but it moves the picture with the word continue.The controls (up,left) doesn't work.It moves it like an image.

Great game, it installs and play fine on SHR Testing.

I think it could be improved.
E.g. controls on the upper left corner could be merged in a menu opened by a button.

So only a MENU button on the top left, or bottom left that opens the available choices but WRITTEN (pause, quit, etc.) so that the menu can be clicked using fingers.

Thanks.
