Something weird in the install URL, please check!

This package fails to install from opkg.org repository, could the author please fix the package description. See http://lists.openmoko.org/pipermail/community/2009-February/042811.html (the whole thread) and fix the package details, see http://www.opkg.org/packages/Packages - something missing there?
Thanks! valos wrote: (2009-02-28 00:16:03)
Install bug from opkg.org repository is fixed. Thx for report.

When viewing photos, every auto landscaped photo bottom is cutted down. Instead you can see the previous portrait photo bottom, cutting it.
I can send a capture, if neccessary. martin wrote: (2009-04-23 10:41:08)
It can't be started as normal user.
Here are the last lines of the trace : File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/neon/neon.py", line 1177, in __init__ self.file_set(self.edje_file, "main") File "edje.c_edje_object.pxi", line 231, in edje.c_edje.Edje.file_set (edje/edje.c_edje.c:9241) edje.c_edje.EdjeLoadError: Unknown format (file='/usr/share/neon/themes/default.edj', group='main') no problem when run as root It works smoothly : nice application. jeremy wrote: (2009-04-27 01:27:37)
fantastic, no dependency sillyness works super smooth.
just a bit too much of a flowery interface for me. nice work though! valos wrote: (2009-05-04 00:02:51)
jeremy: Perhaps you could try the theme "Black & White" ?

on latest (today\'s) shr unstable using neon 1.0 I get:
root@om-gta02 ~ $ neon Segmentation fault (the same with 0.9.9, but I tought was fixed in 1.0 ^_^) valos wrote: (2009-05-19 10:37:52)
Yes, under SHR unstable, evas software X11 16bit engine is currently buggy.
And it's the default engine used by Neon. You must switched to Software X11 engine. Edit /usr/share/applications/neon.desktop and modify line: Exec=/usr/bin/neon -t b_and_w to Exec=/usr/bin/neon -t b_and_w -e x11 mr. X wrote: (2009-05-19 22:49:43)
it works now, tnx valos ;)

root@om-gta02 ~ $ neon
Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/neon", line 24, in <module> from neon import main ImportError: No module named neon root@om-gta02 ~ $ could you test the next package, please? :) JackFlame wrote: (2009-05-29 18:02:04)
same problem here as skamster.
Anyone has a solution? Thanks Nico wrote: (2009-06-08 10:07:47)
Maybe because you\'re using the python 2.5 version and you have python 2.6.
try using opkg install http://projects.openmoko.org/frs/download.php/803/neon_1.0.0-r0_all_py2.6.ipk skamster wrote: (2009-06-22 10:36:41)
this works, but on great images (about 3000px) it crashes.. :s

+1 using SHR unstable, py2.6 version. On Om2008.12 + py2.5 seems to be OK. Quix0r wrote: (2010-01-06 19:59:10)
"Could not connect to database" which I got from the webpage. So it is OM's fault, not yours. :) Is there an alternative download location?
